QUALITY CONTROL
IN STATE OF THE ART MANUFACTURING FACILITIES
Our manufacturing facilities implements quality control measures at all stages of the manufacturing process. Rigorous testing is carried out to meet the most stringent standards.
Our highly skilled and trained Quality Control staff ensures every facet of the manufacturing and operational proceses is continuously monitored as we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 51 weeks a year.
Our finished products are subjected to extensive quality tests for colour consistency, physical properties and adherence to product specifications.

COLOUR CONSISTENCY
Cladding Wholesale’s strict quality control measures ensures the colour accuracy of each cladding board.
All colour pigments used in the production of Cladding Wholesale’s cladding products are digitally checked and precisely matched using digital colourimeters in modern laboratory facilities.
This quality control measure ensures the colour of each cladding board is accurately achieved for each production batch each time, ensuring a superior level of colour consistency.
COMMITMENT TO COMPLIANCE WITH AUSTRALIAN STANDARDS
National Construction Code (NCC) 2019 | Building Code of Australia (BCA) requires vinyl wall cladding used for new constructions comply to Australian standards.
Cladding Wholesale’s Colonial Vinyl Cladding has been tested to NCC 2019 standards.
